We believe the people deserve 100% fresh ground beef, not frozen patties. We believe burgers should be hot n’ juicy, cooked hot-off-the-grill, not zapped in a microwave. We believe a hot dog should be made with 100% kosher beef. We believe in our gorgeous steak—marinated 24 hours before it is served to you. We believe…in freshness and quality. Because a late-night meal should come with a nice, cold craft soda made with natural sugars not horrible stomach cramps. We are also pretty sure that lettuce doesn’t grow in shreds, that food somehow tastes better on a pincho (skewer), and that healthy doesn’t have to be bland.
