We are a creative fast casual gastro-pub, with flavors influenced from all over the world. Our menu is composed of flavors as diverse as the melting pot of South Florida cultures, with a heavy Latin American influence, fused with the Brazilian culture of skewers, the all American burger and a drink selection that rivals any specialty bar. Plus we are crazy fun.

It all began at a 4th of July family BBQ a few years ago. Nedal was grilling up one of his infamous burgers when his cousin Otto looked at him and said, “Man, I wish we could eat like this every day. I’m so tired of eating burgers that we have no idea what they are made of.” Nedal instantly agreed and suggested they opened a restaurant where quality was a priority and transparency was a core value. Using Otto’s family pincho recipe together with Nedal’s popular burger recipe, they decided to go for it. After this, months of self-described “insanity” ensued.
Otto, Nedal and Nedal’s brother, Nizar, met every night for four months after work, perfecting
the recipes for eight menu items by testing several meat blends, trying hot dogs and sausages,
deciding between 15 different buns, until every detail on these first eight items were perfect.
As they poured their life savings into Pincho Factory, their family was hesitant about such a
risky venture since no one in the group had ever owned a restaurant before. However they
weren’t deterred, on November 10, 2010 and with only $6.27 left in his bank account,
Nedal and partners open their doors to Pincho Factory’s first location.
